Pregnancy Massage
My first time in Penny’s office was pretty scary. I had never done anything like this before, but I’d been having terrible problems evacuating, and my doctor suggested I try it.

How a Session Works

A small, single-use disposable rectal nozzle is gently inserted. Filtered warm water is then introduced in small amounts while waste is naturally released through a closed system. Professional equipment safely regulates water pressure, temperature, and flow throughout the session.

Sessions typically last 35–45 minutes on the equipment, with your total visit lasting about 1 to 1.5 hours. You remain modestly draped at all times — upper clothing stays on, and a gown and drape are provided for comfort and privacy. The fully enclosed system ensures there is no odor.

Many clients find the experience relaxing and report a deep sense of relief afterward.

My first time in Penny’s office was pretty scary. I had never done anything like this before, but I’d been having terrible problems evacuating, and my doctor suggested I try it. Boy, was I surprised. It was painless, and I felt such relief throughout and after the whole process. Now I go on a regular basis just to keep myself free of toxins and running smoothly!

How Many Sessions Do You Need?

The ideal number of sessions varies by individual and any recommendations from your physician

  • For first-time clients or more challenging cases, some historical protocols (such as those referenced by physicians like Dr. Kellogg) suggest a series of 12 sessions over 10 weeks: two back-to-back in the first week, two back-to-back in the second week, then one per week for the remaining eight weeks.
  • For many people, a single session provides noticeable relief.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is it safe?

We use modern, professionally regulated equipment with built-in safety controls for pressure and temperature. All components that contact the body are single-use and disposable.

Does it hurt?

No, the procedure itself is not painful. Some cramping may occur if there is built-up gas, but this usually passes quickly as the gas is released. If you arrive with existing discomfort, you may feel temporary sensations until that material is released. Our approach prioritizes your comfort and privacy.
